When to Reach out
Mental health challenges can look different for everyone. Here are some signs that you, your child, or someone you know might benefit from talking to a professional:
Feeling persistently sad, hopeless, or overwhelmed
Withdrawing from friends or activities
Sudden changes in behavior, appetite, or sleep
Using substances to cope (alcohol, cannabis, etc.)
Talking about self-harm, suicide, or feeling like a burden
Difficulty concentrating, managing emotions, or completing tasks
You don’t need to be in crisis to ask for help. Support is for everyone.
