Supporting Young Children and Families from the Start

The Tri-Town Early Childhood Council is a community partnership dedicated to giving every child in Chester, Deep River, and Essex the best possible start in life.

The Council brings together parents, educators, childcare providers, health professionals, and community leaders to coordinate resources and strengthen early childhood programs throughout the Tri-Town area.

Our Goals:

  • Promote high-quality early learning experiences for children from birth to age five.

  • Support family engagement and parent education.

  • Improve access to affordable childcare and preschool options.

  • Connect families to local resources and developmental screenings.
